kick all the people who you never see.
kick all the people who never participate in the "life" of the clan
You will get a much more active clan, easyer to "controle" to deal with ... having more than 30 people in my opinion is a big mistake.
There are good people in the clan. Just too many people who don't care about the clan. and that is what makes it soo lame.
That is why you are asking yourself every day if you want to continue or not.
I have been asking myself that same question for over 6 weeks now. This is probably my last week in the clan.
and the "pathetic attempte" to try and get some "serious" people together to help me was just another of my epic fails.
Another reason for me to leave.
There are many people il this clan that I like. I highly respect everyone in it.
But when it is totally immature like it is now ... when every one just can't give a shit ... it can only die.
And this post you just did is the proof of what I have been thinking for the last 6 weeks ...
Sorry to say, but not it's official.
If nothing is done, this clan is dead.
I have been trying to get some stuff together ... result is just a epic fail.
What can I do when I am alone ? what can only 2 people do ?

than the thing you should take the time is and make an active clan rules cw, active, apply also continue no matter who it is and who he is, he can not say he is my best friend or brother, as I said there must be a certain rank. . and of course active people.
